Giving Back
For me, giving back is at the heart of Soul-full Notes Sound Healing. It's truly a soul-fulfilling part of my work. Here are some ways I have been providing support and healing to our local communities.
NAGLY, Salem, MA
Each month at NAGLY in Salem, MA, I lead individuals of all ages through guided mediations and sound baths, providing an opportunity to learn about and experience the benefits of sound healing.
First Spiritualist Church of Salem, Salem, MA
In partnership with the First Spiritualist Church of Salem, I conduct sound bath fundraisers. All proceeds from the sound bath go to the church. I am so honored to have this opportunity to assist this amazing church community.

Roots To Wings Yoga Hope Group, Newbury, MA
On several occasions I have performed sound baths for my cancer support group Yoga Hope. This support group has meant so much to me during my own cancer recovery. Being able to bring them the gift of sound healing is a huge milestone for my own healing journey. I am blessed to be supported by this amazing group of individuals!
